This experience is designed to help you explore and connect with yourself as an artistic individual.
We will progress together, as a group, through the book ” The Artists Way ” by Julia Cameron.
If you have any desire to connect more fully to the creative person within you through cooking, sewing, singing, dancing, art, music, poetry, carpentry, ceramics, writing, or creative endeavors of any kind, then this experience is for you! The book is divided into twelve chapters, each dealing with healing, invigorating, and reclaiming the creative person within you through exercises, mediations, and questions.
The group dynamic will provide support, inspiration and community while working through this healing, insightful material. Kathryn will add her unique blend of spiritual intuitive guidance and soul connection to help you recover and celebrate the creative aspects of yourself.
Kathryn is excited to share this powerful experience as it has been an important part of her artistic and spiritual development. She feels certain that had she not been introduced to this program, her artistic abilities and creative tendencies would have remained a secret, not only to the world but to herself as well!
So, lets get going, together, in claiming our creative birthright!This program will be offered in 12 Saturday classes, two per month, one chapter per class. Please purchase “The Artist’s Way”, by Julia Cameron, and have read the introduction and chapter one by the first class. You can purchase the text through EarthSpeak. Please bring a notebook/journal.
Payment is due per class and is required regardless of attendance.
Absentees will be provided with a CD recording of missed sessions.
